This project supports library administrators, trustees, friends groups, and library foundations so that they may be a more informed, efficient, and effective set of administrative stakeholders, who are best equipped to serve their local public library and, by extension, their community. This project is intended to support small to medium, underfunded libraries in processes necessary for a 21st-century library, and thus, their users. Outcomes include providing a robust and interactive online presence and expanding user access to collections, programs, and information.
